EasyDoo Chat is a Productivity App that makes organizing and managing personal & work-life easy on the go where you can plan, organize, meet and collaborate with ease, fully integrated with feature-rich chat. Background and reasons for making this App

Over the last two decades, my father, as an MSME Sector business owner, would constantly be assigning/delegating tasks, guiding & instructing, reminding, and chasing people around him to keep his business growing. Over the years, we heard him saying that he gets mad at us, as he not only has to repeatedly remind his staff/colleagues/vendors/service providers to be punctual and fulfill their responsibility, but after all that, he also has to remind us for certain house chores. Since the beginning of lockdown last year & with no college, we thought, what if we could design and built a suitable app (as we failed to locate an app that has features to cover all the issues my father faced to run his life) and with all the time in the world with total lockdown, We plunged to build EasyDoo Chat App.

Unique, Never seen before features

- Today Tab: A completely new approach to effectively handle and complete your daily tasks in the most intuitive and effective way. Today tab, where your Schedules are automatically listed with your to-do’s, assigned tasks, virtual & location meets, calendar events, birthdays, self Notes, chats, etc. for the day all under one tab. A simplified view of your day’s objectives targeted to make users more productive.

- Assign Tasks: Assign Tasks to Friends/family/colleagues and the same automatically appear in their respective to-dos. Users can create to-dos. All tasks / Meets are fully integrated with the chat feature, where uniquely you can chat with each other within the task thread and complete the task. A never seen before - Feature

- Auto-Translate: One chat 50 Languages. See chats in your selected language.

- Dynamic Repeats: All Tasks/Meets can be set for Auto Repeats. Apart from the regular Fixed Repeat features on daily/weekly/monthly/yearly option, users can create a Task/Meet with Dynamic Repeats. If a Task is set with a 30-day interval (say a hair-cut scheduled for 7th of every month) and the user misses the same and actually visits the saloon at the end of the month. All existing calendar apps with repeat features will remind users again on 7th of next month. Obviously, it becomes irrelevant as the user should not visit the saloon again on 7th of next month. Our app will dynamically maintain a 30 days interval and remind the user after 30 days for the next salon visit.

- Geo-Tags: Add a geo-location to tags (work, home, club). Not just color themes giving users the possibility to auto filter and show lists with “work tag” when they arrive at the work location.

- Recurring Tasks: Event (Task / Meet) Repeats are created only after the current task/meet is completed, unlike most apps which create all repeat events at the time of creating original task with repeats. Thus this app keeps your list short and easy to grasp.

- EasyDooBot: Helps you with live interbank exchange rates, Weather & real-time flight status in one app. Most entrepreneurs jump between multiple apps to get this information at the time of need.
